1: Transition Project Introduction
Do you have an underlying ‘Itch’—a desire to reach out for your unique purpose? If so, you may also be wondering whether there is still time, and more importantly, what you actually need in order to successfully make a career change. This article will demonstrate how to support your decision making process and where to find the tools and guidance that steer your decision toward becoming an entrepreneur and building a life around you.
All too often, we over-analyse crucial pathways, and as a result, talk ourselves out of going ahead-choosing instead the security of what we already know. Consequently, what we really want gets put aside yet again. At this point, you need to let go. I am personally navigating this change, and therefore I share my experience with you-because, just like you, I also need a framework and structure to work with. I answer your questions about time, security, community and how to find your true meaning and significance.
2: My Story

From growing up on a farm in Africa hard work was embedded in me as a value, my career has been varied, I have worked in the corporate world, in small business and my own ventures, always giving my all to the role I was performing, I changed direction a few times trying to find that something that was missing and ended up in the same place……..I needed to relieve the “Itch”
I now clearly understand where I was going wrong; in fact, I didn’t need another grind or, for that matter, a quick fix. What I needed was clarity, structure, and a way to pursue my purpose without gambling everything.
Life taught me hard lessons early: I faced setbacks and failure and have learnt from experiences you don’t find in books, but through it all I’ve always felt most alive when aligned with my purpose, when the work that I do actually matters.
I wrote this article because I have always found pleasure in helping people find solutions, answer tough questions and develop themselves and that is why this change has such meaning, I now apply it in an entrepreneurial sense to my unique purpose whilst I design a life around me and help people like you to do the same. This is where my 7 steps come in.
